After purchasing a website plan directly through our website, we will get in touch shortly after to complete the details so we can start your new website setup and provide you with login access.
None of our website plans can be refunded after purchase, as such, we request you make an informed decision before purchasing any of our plans.
The setup time will depend on the type of website and its contents, once we know this, we will be able to give you an approximate delivery time.
Yes, you can directly do this on the editing platform if you wish to. You can also request this service to us if you prefer, the setup fee for a new page starts from 49 euros + VAT.
Absolutely, all the contents on your website can be edited at any time after delivery, you can request a revision within your Website Plan whenever necessary.
You also have the choice to edit your website personally such as texts and images through an intuitive and easy-to-use editing dashboard.
Revisions are minor edits made to your website by our team, such as editing already existing content (except creating new pages).
You can request a revision at any time and they are only limited to your Website Plan, those being either weekly, monthly or quarterly.
You can request an additional revision at any time, we charge an hourly rate of 49 euros + VAT for this service.
